If I order 2nd day air and UPS does not get it to me on time, are my shipping charges refunded?

Unfortunately, no not at this time. UPS (along with other shipping companies) has adopted a new policy where shipping times are not guaranteed and shipping charges will not be refunded if it does not deliver within that time frame.
